[Action/Voice]
[Well, at least this experiment gives Nami plenty of ways to vent and keep busy. In between running escort duty and interference in the Ganglands area for both Nojiko and Good Spirits, there's the small issue of her mikan grove now being part of the searing desert... so she's up there every night providing cool, sweet rainy relief for the mikan trees, the grasses, and the crocodiles.

Get out! OUT! OUT!
[Why yes, she is chasing a bunch of crocodiles out of her grove back to the river with a crackling quarterstaff, why do you ask. Anyone for fried crocodile meat? >_>
Catch her either in the plaza in her ganglands finery beating up on the local thugs or drinking or maybe just. You know, having a cupcake in a quiet period. Or up at the orchard in the evenings, dressed like an Alabastan dancing girl and basking in the extremely localised rain. Such is life.]
---------
[On the third evening, she makes a post as something occurs to her, walking through the orchard and swinging her staff casually on crocodile patrol.]
[Voice]
Is there anyone else who's got a garden stuck in a desert area? If you need it I could provide you with some extraaaaIEEEAAA--
[Thud. Crunch. Slide. Mud everywhere. Small, pathetic sound of pain. You try falling right through a sinkhole into a tomb and see how you feel.

[...SO BASICALLY Nami is lost in a tomb but she doesn't care because there's GOLD in them there crypts, but you know. She probably needs a rescue anyway. Or company. Or someone else who fell in. Or someone who just got...hopelessly lost... heck, while we're down here may as well see if there's any of those scavenger hunt items, right? Amidst the monsters and the booby traps. Aheh. 8D Come on down.]

[Jesus CHRIST, woman! Perona all but soars out of that coffin, literally, before she falls right through the floor, gold, sand, rock, and all. She only comes back up to peer through the floor with the top of her head, pale a ghost and shaking from head to toe - even if you can't exactly see. THAT FUCK WAS THAT?]

[action] because we don't have enough ongoing threads
In the three days he spent wandering, he'd actually gathered quite a few of the scavenger hunt items. A robot part he'd picked up off the ground, a bone spear from when those cave guys tried to murder him and ended up leaving a few of their weapons stuck in his coat, a katana (that wasn't his), and the tommy gun he'd accidentally stolen after smacking its owner across the face with it during a bar fight. If you counted the Smilodon tooth still lodged in his upper arm, that made for half the list! And he wasn't even trying! Hah. He was going to win this and it would be completely by accident! Because that was something to be proud of, somehow.
It's at the height of his useless self-congratulating that Zoro trips over a rock, tumbles down a sand dune, hits a bigger rock, and ends up falling through a giant hole in the ground. Scavenger hunt items and all.
Watch out for falling moss, Nami.]
[action] never enough (yea)
...or she would if somebody large and heavy and moss-haired didn't just fall on her from far above]
Aah!! [NO HER PRECIOUS BALANCE HOSHIT please hold, there's navigator sort of wrapping around you in an attempt to stop you from both falling into a bunch of scorpions. Too dark to work out who this is, she'll just screech close by one ear.] Do you mind?
[action] tag addiction is a serious medical condition, y'know
... and eerily familiar. Even unmindful of the dangers surrounding him, Zoro squints through the darkness and realizes--]
Nami? What are you doing here? [Besides casually trying to keep them from experiencing a nasty double-death, he means. Fancy seeing you underground!]

well that certainly is a hole in the ground there. ]

On the evening of Nami's tomb adventure, Alexei stops by again in his desert-like attire. He finds the hole, but doesn't realize Nami had fallen down there as he never heard the message.
So his first thought was to get it covered...his second was to trick the crocodiles to fall in there and THEN cover it....and he's going with the latter plan. Nami won't be all alone down there soon |D]

...actually, no, the kittens are worse. But sure. Nami's fresh playtime counting coins down below is interrupted by a couple of large falling reptiles.
Alexei might not know she's down there, but he's going to realise someone is when that siren banshee screaming starts wafting back up out of the hole within moments.]
