She also doesn't think Ace will appreciate the "It's better this way" speech, and she can't blame him for that. So instead, she follows on quietly.] He was so glad to see you again.

But that next line really hits home. And hard. His fists start to tremble from trying to keep his emotions under control. He knows it's Luffy, he's be gone and back before. But there's always the nagging feeling he won't come back. Everyone else can be calm about it because they'll see him again. While he doesn't blame them, Ace still wishes he could. So forgive him, Nami, but he's going to hug you now.] I was so happy to hear he's doing well in the New World...
